The E2A framework
A strategic system designed by our Central Human Resource Augmentation Council (CHRAC) to bridge the gap between graduation and employment. This model focuses on raising a candidate's employability quotient by balancing three critical pillars: Eligibility, Accessibility, and Availability. To ensure eligibility, the council fosters collaboration between schools and businesses to align student skills with current market demands. Accessibility is improved by streamlining communication channels between recruiters and job seekers, while availability is managed through a tracking system that prioritizes local talent within a specific radius. By narrowing the search to skilled individuals who are immediately reachable and nearby, the framework aims to eliminate the logistical friction of hiring. Ultimately, this approach creates a more efficient pipeline for matching industry-ready candidates with relevant regional opportunities.
